At American Landfill, the goal is to provide all customers with safe, efficient and professional service. The sales staff generally meets customers of American Landfill long before any waste is shipped. The highly trained sales staff may travel to customer locations to review landfill acceptance procedures and observe the customer's operations for waste profile requirements.
Once the initial waste profiles are completed, the environmental technicians review customer submittals. If any issues arise, customer service personnel quickly call customers to advise them of their request status. At each step of the process, trained, courteous personnel do all they can to exceed the customer's service requirements.
Upon arrival at the landfill, experienced scale and operations personnel insure rapid turn-around of customer equipment. Quick turn-around times save transportation time and reduce labor and equipment costs for return to service. This allows reduced operations cost to equipment owners and lower transportation cost to customers.
